The South County Constable Office is responsible for serving civil process and making civil arrests. The office is located in Sturbridge. In order to accommodate the high volume of civil process, we use a network of other Constables located not only in Worcester County, but throughout the state. The Constables we use are well trained and have extensive experience in the requirements and ramifications of serving Civil Process. We do not contract process servers. 

Whether you just need one paper served in your life, or a large volume customer, you'll be treated the same here. All customers can expect individual attention and a speedy response.

CPCS Work Accepted- We accept all service work from Public Counsel Attorneys.  We only require a copy of the approved motion for court costs, with that we can bill the Committee for Public Counsel Services Directly.  We can usually make arrangements for this type of process service even if its not in our local service area.
